Justin Jabara, President

Justin Jabara is a third-generation hotelier representing the Meyer Jabara Hotel’s legacy of excellence in hotel management and ownership.  Meyer Jabara Hotels is a respected 45 year old hospitality management company owning and operating a diverse portfolio of 301 branded and boutique hotels in 12 states.  Justin began his journey within his family’s business at a young age, working in numerous front line positions. 

After graduating from the prestigious Johnson and Wales Hotel Management program, Justin quickly moved into leadership roles at various branded properties throughout the eastern United States, including General Manager, Hampton Inn, Clinton, N.J.; Food & Beverage Manager, Holiday Inn Conference Center, Allentown, Penn.; and Hotel Manager, Courtyard by Marriott, LaGuardia Airport, New York. His magnetism was a key force in the success of corporate programs that repositioned the future for Meyer Jabara Hotels. His experience spans across operations, construction, and development.  

As Vice President of Business Development, Justin earned respect as a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, filling the Meyer Jabara Hotels pipeline with new projects and innovative opportunities that helped grow the business east of the Mississippi and beyond.  He has also led rebranding, renovation, and repositioning initiatives throughout the company.

Today, Justin leads Meyer Jabara Hotels as President. Having taken over in January 2020, he successfully navigated the pandemic and created opportunity opportunities for growth by repositioning the company and the portfolio. Because of his aggressive attitude toward responsible growth, the portfolio has never been stronger, nor the future brighter for both owners and employees. Through the company’s “Journey” culture, Justin remains bullish on creating outlandishly engaged associates so they create exceptional experiences for guests. His genuine empathy and relationship-building knack has him leading the pack, learning along the way, and continuing a legacy. 

Justin shares his hotel management expertise with other owners and operators by speaking on industry panels and podcasts, participating in industry roundtables, and publishing numerous articles throughout the many hospitality trades. Most recently he was featured on the May 2022 Cover of Hotel Business magazine revealing his plans to invest in the future and his vision for the company. 

Justin’s passion for hospitality extends beyond his day-to-day leadership activities at MJH. He recently served as Chairman of a Cambria Hotels Owners Council; s; is a current member of the Young President’s Organization in Greenwich, Conn.; is a member of the Parish Council at St. George’s Church in Danbury, Conn.; and is a member of the Order of St. Ignatius of Antioch. He also devoted countless hours of service as a Volunteer Firefighter and an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Justin is a native of Ridgefield, Conn., and currently resides in Southport Conn.
