A recent refresh of rooms and public areas and an upgrade of technology at the Comfort Suites in Gastonia, managed by Meyer Jabara Hotels, is seeing a boost in satisfaction scores with guests saying they are likely to return and recommend the hotel to friends.
Since renovating its Comfort Suites in Gastonia, North Carolina, in February, hotel manager Meyer Jabara Hotels (MJH) is seeing a steady flow of new travelers booking rooms and writing positive guest reviews, many saying they will return on their next visit and also recommend this property to others. Located at 1874 Remount Rd., the all-suite hotel has refreshed its public spaces, guestrooms and guest baths, and installed new technologies that are keeping travelers connected.
To ensure that guests can stay connected while on the road, MJH added five times more bandwidth and 10 times more data throughput to its guest Internet offering. The company also equipped nightstands and room desks with a total of six USB ports and five 120v electric outlets to charge multiple mobile devices simultaneously. In the Fall, the Comfort Suites Gastonia will embark on Phase II of its renovation, which will include adding new vinyl wall covering, lighting and carpeting to room corridors and all in-room TVs will be upgraded from 32-inch to 40-inch models.
The Comfort Suites Gastonia is located near several attractions, including the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, the Discovery Place museum, U.S. National Whitewater Center, Carowinds theme park, Crowder’s Mountain State Park, Schiele Museum of Natural History and the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
